For Artists

Artists should be tagged with the following tags:

This groups the artists by the first letter of the artist's name. The available categories can be viewed here.
This category should not be used directly. Please use the fLetter parameter of Template:Artist instead.

[[Category:Hometown town]]

Categorize the artist by his/her/their hometown. If it is a group, it is appropriate to list the hometowns of each member of the group.
This category should not be used directly. Please use Template:Hometown instead.

[[Category:{genre}]]

This groups the artist by the genre(s) that artist produced. The available genres can be viewed here.

[[Category:The]]

Categorize bands that begin with a definite article (i.e. The, Die, El, etc.)

For Albums

Please provide the following categories on album pages:

[[Category:Albums released in {year}]]

Categorize albums by the year of it's release.

For Songs
