Short music clips of songs can be uploaded to illustrate the song in question.

• MP3
• OGG

Clips in any other format may be deleted without notice. Clips longer that 30 seconds will be clipped to that length.

[edit] Copyrighted Content

Uploading of copyrighted music will result in a warning and immediate removal of the offending sound clip. This included hotlinking to copyrighted music. Repeat offences will result being banned from the site.

Clips that can be uploaded need to be licensed appropriately.

[edit] Acceptable Licenses

• Copyleft licenses - Any license that allows redistribution free of charge world-wide. This includes most licenses provided by Creative Commons.
• Proprietary licenses - sound clips that have license has been acquired from the copyright holder. This will have to be handled by an administrator for it to be valid.

If you have found a music clip on our site that violates copyright, please contact an administrator so that the issue can be dealt with. Also, if you are a copyright holder and would like to allow us to host short clips of your works, please contact us so that we can accommodate you. You will need to prove that you own the copyright for the work(s) in question. A list of administrators can be found here.
