I'm not sure of it's meaning, but I think it's something like:

This needs to be swapped a bit due to the structure difference between EN and JP. The translation would be something like:

And yet, I buy from the shop that someone received first-prize from

with the paragraphing (or none) going in the appropriate place.

Other translations may not be that accurate: Feel free to correct it.

Regarding the first one, I haven't a clue how to translate it.
The second one I do understand something. The くせ literally means habit, and in this case, the 'someone' has a habit of saying the thing on the previous line, "There isn't a chance of winning", so I think something like:
And yet someone always saying that
buys from the same shop someone got first-prize from

I think that gets across the feeling and still maintains the line order ^_^
