One thing I saw after skimming over the song:
narabu no wa gomen (LET'S GO!)
Lining up is not permitted (LET'S GO!)
I have heard the term ゴメン (gomen) almost exclusively when someone is apologizing, but I haven't seen it used to not permit something.
Actually, I recall hearing this term in the anime Gundam Wing : Endless Waltz: 「戦争はもう御免だ」(sensou mou gomen da, We don't want any more wars/we're tired of war, etc.)
I am not familiar with this song, but I think that this meaning is closer to what it is, so the translation of this line should be closer to:
which I think makes more sense.
Here is another spot that could use some more work. It is somewhat minor, but the (lack of) subtlety is lost.

The phrase '____決まってるじゃん!' is a slang term for 'is't it obvious, ____" So a better translation would be:
About this, I think it is the sound that the 'Android' makes in Japanese.
I saw a few other spots that need work, but I don't know what to do with them.

- ゴメン (gomen) is defined in the dictionary I use as: "(int,n,uk) your pardon; declining (something); dismissal; permission; (P)".
- Other uses are:
- 御免下さい (gomen kudasai) (exp) May I come in?,
- 御免被る (gomen koumuru) (v5r) to be excused from,
- 御免なさい (gomen nasai) (exp) I beg your pardon, excuse me.
- Maybe I went too much into interpreting with what I thought it was, so whichever is the best, I shall go with.
- 決まって (kimatte) (n) always; without fail; usually; regularly; whereas 決まる (kimaru) (v5r,vi) to be decided; to be settled; to look good (clothes); (P)
- じゃん (jan) (aux-v,col,sl) isn't it.
- I'm not too familiar with recent colloquial phrases, so I guess your interpretation is better.
- ｢ヒーヒーッ｣
- To me it is a pun. It may be the sound the 'Android' makes, but it also is a sound of panting, wheezing, etc. Also, because the preceding lyric is:
- 空気ない 宇宙に いるみたいだ, breathless
君は Object of DESIRE, FIRE!- ヒー (hii) could be interpreted as 火 (hi, fire).
- I think that it being 火 is a bit of a stretch. Whatever it is, it is a almost certainly a sound effect. Katakana are generally used for use in loan/foreign words, adding emphasis on words, and for sound effects. This is very apparent if you read any sort of action manga; katakana are plastered everywhere.
- Now that I actually read the lines you put above, I would have to go with it being a panting noize, somewhat like gasping for air. After all, "It's like being in the airless space, breathless"

- Looking through the other translation (I think it's Chinese/Taiwanese) that came with the CD, it says:
- ｢嗶嗶!｣
- It is read ヒツ (HITSU) or ヒチ (HICHI), so if I interpret that, it is a sound of breathing.

- The other words:
- ラグジー (RAGUJII) I have not much idea about. It is possibly a contraction of a phrase, imported or not (EX: パソコン (PASOKON, Personal Computer); ポケモン (POKEMON, Pocket Monster); バイト (BAITO, Arbeit).) so, it could be from the word Luxury.
- Looking through the same translation as above, the whole line says:
- 泡沫滿天, 好耀眼, 奢華感SPIN
- Using Babel Fish, it comes out as:
- The froth, good is all over the sky dazzling, luxuriously feels SPIN
- Therefore, I also think that ラグジー (RAGUJII) is a colloquial term for Luxury/Luxuriously, and I believe that because it is a rap song (you were correct on this), they shrank it down to 4 characters that rhyme and fit in with バブリー (BABURII), まぶしい (mabushii), 羽振り (haburi) 確実にイイ (kakujitsu ni II), and HUG ME

- 秒刻み (byou kizami) I interpret as: Cut into equal seconds(time); Something like a metronome that cuts/notches (time) into regular second intervals. I know I've heard the phrase somewhere but I can't grasp the proper meaning.
