The markup will emphasize the presence of the information, but it's quite obtrusive when used in a textual page (like the help pages) so please use it sparingly.
Please do not use the Info template on song pages. To provide information on what the song is about or other interesting details, please use Template:Songinfo instead. Though currently interlinked, it is possible they will be split in the future with a different layout. For the same reason, use Info rather than Songinfo on other pages.
