I'm into Hip Hop/Rap. A lot of sites out there seem to have exactly the same lyrics, even though they're often inaccurate or incomplete or just wrong. I know that I often understand the lyrics much better for many of them. I'm here to share that knowledge and hopefully get the lyrics right so others don't to deal with that.

I also like the idea of being able to link terms or items in songs to the objects they refer to. Some people might not be able to understand Hip Hop terminology, but more important, many artists make comments on their environment and cultural references, as well as to other artists, tracks, and albums. These are often things that might sound unintelligible, or might not make sense out of context. Also, it's hard to understand beef unless you can see how it started.
